Kevin’s practice focuses on start-up and other emerging businesses with an emphasis on entity formation and other general real estate and business transactions. Kevin has extensive experience representing corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships in their structuring, formation, funding and operations. In addition, Kevin represents parties in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. His clients include insurance agencies, contractors, builders, as well as hospitals and technology companies.

Kevin became a member of the Firm in 2001.

Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and sports. Kevin is the son of former Fresno State basketball coach, Boyd Grant.
