A member of the firm’s Litigation Department, David has nearly 25 years’ experience as a civil litigator. His clients run the gamut from individuals to multi-national corporations, whom he has represented in a broad range of cases. His trial, arbitration, and mediation experience includes the defense of personal injury, property damage, agricultural, and construction lawsuits. David’s particular specialty is the representation of clients in a wide variety of personal injury actions, including auto accidents, products liability claims, workplace accidents, and premises liability claims.

While he aggressively represents his clients’ interests to obtain the best possible results, David is also mindful of the risks and costs of litigation. He conceives his role to include continuous communication and counseling, through which he helps clients monitor and manage those risks and costs.
