Mr. Burnside is a member of the business litigation department and represents a wide variety of clients ranging from contractors and insurance companies to new motor vehicle dealers and transportation companies. Mr. Burnside has substantial jury and bench trial experience in the areas of unfair competition law, construction cases, real estate contracts, partnership/shareholder disputes, consumer protection and products liability. In 2012 he was voted by his peers as one of Northern California's "Super Lawyer," representing the top 5% of practicing attorneys in Northern California.
