Lynne is certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as an Appellate Law Specialist.

Before returning to her home town of Fresno in 1997, Lynne practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, but in more recent years has focused exclusively on civil appeals and writs and consulting with trial counsel on appellate-related matters, in state and federal courts. She has handled dozens of appeals and writs arising from a wide variety of civil cases, including medical and legal professional negligence, public entity liability, employment, civil rights, financial institutions, real estate, probate and general negligence.

Lynne devotes her pro bono time to representing indigents in adoption and guardianship proceedings. In 2008, she was named the Central California Legal Services and Fresno County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year.
